Shipping Policy

Flat rate shipping of $9.95 or Free Standard US Shipping on orders over $250+.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped out.

We often collaborate with different brands to offer delivery directly from their individual fulfillment locations, so shipping times may vary.

Please be advised that some brands we collaborate with are overseas and may have longer shipping and delivery times.

Your full order may arrive in separate packages.

Festie Bestie is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of merchandise once it has been taken by USPS, UPS, or any other shipping provider.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days to return items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email customerservice@festiebestiellc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Regular priced items are eligible for return for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

The delivery date is defined as the date when your item was delivered to the address according to USPS or UPS tracking. Please keep the tracking number for your records.

The return package must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date or within 2-3 days of approval when submitting a request for return.

All items must have tags attached, be unworn, and odorless (free of perfumes).

Halloween costumes, accessories, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygienic reasons, face jewels, glitter, cosmetics, and opened hosiery are also final sale.

​Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged box. A 20% restocking fee applies if the shoe box is damaged (e.g., if taped or labeled directly).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Use a trackable form of shipping so there is proof of delivery for your own protection. If we do not receive your return and you do not have tracking proving that we did, no credit will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is denied, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.

Refund & Store Credit Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 2-3 business days from the date of delivery to our returns department to receive your store credit notification. We are a one-person small business and tremendously appreciate your love and support! Please be patient with us and your return. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Once issued, store credit will never expire.

If a return does not meet the return policy, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be responsible for the cost to have the item sent back to them.
